Configuring an HTTP Load Balancer with Google Cloud Armor Reviews

this one was actually good, didn't see where the terraform setup was, unless you expected us to git clone. i was a noob and didn't think to do that. but good use case and easy to follow. would be cool to have more detail on why we didn't need to install anything on the instances?
