We have not control of EC2 instance (only get IP from "Add info") so I could not stop instance and check DNS failover. then I changed healthcheck IP and check failover. "Add Info" からEC2のIPだけが渡されたため、インスタンスを停止させてフェイルオーバーの動作を確認できないと思います。今回は代わりに、ヘルスチェック対象のIPを適当に書き換えて確認しました。
