I am not happy with the outcome of the lab. I set up the primary and secondary failover according to the instructions and then stopped the EC2 instance. It took a while for the alarm to send out the message to my email and then it never failed over to the static page created in the S3 bucket. My time in the lab ran out without that part executing properly. I will try the lab again at another time with the hope that it works.
