I find most tutorials of this kind are outdated and don't work without extensive troubleshooting. This one was easy to follow and everything worked as intended.

This Lab needs a little more time. As a first time introduction to Kinesys firehose, redshift and sending data to the stream, I had to rush a bit to be able to get through the exercise in 45 minutes. It took 10 minutes just for the cloud formation to complete. This lab requires at least 1:00 to 1:15 to allow time to think through the steps and really absorb the knowledge.
