Lamp stack 1 failed to deploy properly the first time. There are no permissions to delete unless you hover over the failed message and it allows you to delete. Because it has to have the unique name of lamp-1 there is no way to just create another one after it, you have to wait for delete (which is hidden, again that is not good).
