I am getting few below errors during execute. 1. Missing this file root.pem.crt 2. [root@ip-172-31-22-204 simulator]# node simulator.js /tmp/simulator/node_modules/aws-iot-device-sdk/common/lib/tls-reader.js:102 throw new Error(exceptions.INVALID_CA_PATH_OPTION); ^ Error: Invalid "caPath" option supplied.

do not work. Is not able create security group

There were not setup or environment requirements. I started the lab, and then.. sort of panicked when I saw the timer counting down. After jumping on a different computer, I was able to get much further however the aws iot create-keys-and-certificate command never ran successfully, I manually created a key and cert and moved them to the certs/ dir. I was able to run the simulator.js script, but it never successfully connected to the iot service. I get the general gist, but it was not without extra effort.

During the step where you need to create the Policy, it appears that the menu from Amazon has changed. I spent 15 minutes trying to figure out where it was. Also in the end the node simulator.js did not run. I will try this lab again from the start. I tried this lab a second time and was able to get to the point of running the simulation where it hung. I will try one more time from the start.
