Cannot find iotrole in Task7, when to create it, only to be confused by the instuctions, there is no attach function for creating iotrole

The initial state of the simulator had the aircon running (instructions suggested it would default to off), and the simulator fell over at one point (or else I accidentally hit Ctrl-C in that Window). So the main missing piece for me was just a side note at the point where the device shadow state gets updated to a new desired value: if the device state doesn't track that change, check if the simulator is still running.
