finished the lab now. it works.

the lab cannot be completed. the log stream doesn't recorded any log even after i uploaded files to S3 bucket.

Quite lovely. There were a couple of missing steps like clicking enable on the trigger, and ignoring the request to test the lambda function.

Would like the lab to be more detailed. For example, it would be nice if we could get an explanation of the code as well as the inner workings of what Lambda is as a service.

This lab was good. The lab could of gave a more practical application use case so it would be easier to piece together how it works and or was configured (including IAM settings, etc.). Also I wasn't clear what the use case here was.. Seems it was to only to write something in the logfiles? I wasn't sure where else could I have gone to see the function write its output..outside of Cloudwatch...
