well done but I had an issue on the last step. I could see a log by tried to follow the instructions to search for the log. Once I had clicked on the tab to search I got an error message stating the user didn't have the rights to use cloudwatch.

Logs were not visible unless clicking Logs link in Lambda. Couldn't see logs through cloudwatch directly

didnt do much. not quite sure what processing the function did other than log.
