There was a problem with the instructions: For the Lambda function, I needed to change the "Handler" section for the create-thumbnail function. I changed the Handler to CreateThumbnail.handler (the .zip file has the CreateThumbnail.py file in it, which has the handler function defined there) and it worked after that. Other than this, great lab! Thanks everyone.
