I would have like to observed the Lambda Trigger sending an email or something with Notice an item was added to the Bucket but I understand they may have been too involved. Thank you.

It gets you started, but is task based. It does not guide you to do something useful. Perhaps renaming or duplicating the file would be a simple function where there is cause and effect.
