Not completed: couldn't add event source i.e. dropdown was not populated, even though bucket was in the same region as function.

I noticed two bugs in this lab: 1] the second s3 bucket is reated in the wrong region. 2] the bucket name that we create - the first one named LabBucket4.. The example has upper case letters, but I was unable to create it with uppercase letters.. should have been lower case.
