"This IAM user does not have permission to view Log Groups in this account." I could not see the log. But the other things were good.

When asked to view logs ended up with this err message: This IAM user does not have permission to view Log Streams in this account.

I got stuck on step 24. In step 23, when it said to "Click View logs in CloudWatch", I did, and I got an error message that said that this IAM user did not have permissions to view logs. And sure enough, the list of Log Streams was empty.
