It was not clear that I needed to complete the IAM tutorial first, which requires a credit, which I do not have. The upload button for the file in the bucket does not work on Microsoft Edge (there is no way to start the upload after selecting the file), and it was not mentioned what the favourite browser was for this exercise. A complete waste of time.
