S3 Lambda関数の作成の際に、b.トリガーの設定で[イベントタイプ]を[オブジェクトの削除(すべて)]を選択してるため、トリガーはファイル削除のタイミングになるはず。 ここではファイルをアップロードするとトリガーされる手順になってるのはおかしい。
