I am not able to start the application in the browser, I had to use the local environment to run the lab.

It would have been nice if the lab panel moved down with me as I scrolled down the page. It would also be nice if the course overview tab was collapsible so that I could more have more room for the instructions. Since I am doing this on the laptop, I split my screen to have the instruction of the left and the incognito browser on the right. I feel like I need 2 screens to do the lab. It would be nice if the incognito screen could be embedded into the lab. Also I didn't realize the hot re-load required so much effort. I thought if you run the app with flutter run, the page will just re-load on its own.
