followed the instructions, alarms were created INSUFFICIENT. Proctor suggested that metrics were disabled. Never did get it to work.

"What is Auto Scaling" section: "The minimum unit of cost for Amazon EC2 is one hour" should say "1 minute" In fact you should probably remove the whole section as it's obsolete now. Step 26. "default output format if not mentioned is json" -- You already said to put none for this! Step 103. Again refers to 1 hour minimum EC2 billing. Just remove the last sentence and remove the word "hourly".
