Issues with the Console - did not open, says I have one open when I did not have it open.

Something RED popped up. It's seemed innocuous at the time. Later I noticed my count down clock had stopped at 1:52:47 and I noticed my score never changed from -/20. This is making it look like I am failing at these. So this time I took screenshots and captured the text output of my commands.

i was unable to proceed with ppk and pem file , can you please give a back credits. Additional 10 credits deducted . Score showing 5/20 even after the completing send you evidence of completion as mail.

Kept receiving "Could not connect to the endpoint URL: "https://autoscaling.us-west-2a.amazonaws.com/"" when attempting to do the lab. Substituted information found in the "lab-details.txt" file on the box per instruction. Did some of the lab in console but not getting credit so ended lab.
