cannot connect with windows or OSX. says permission denied public key in terminal. windows in putty takes me to a screen that says login as: no matter what i type it denies me. it will not accept the ppk or pem file.

I was able to figure it but there was a point where I could not get past step 38. I would have liked a way to know what to do if something doesn't work as expected. What the effect on the rest of lab is and whether or not I should continue.
