1st time -Could not access AWS console. The open console only opens another qwikalb lab page 2nd time worked great

The golden AMI used on this lab don't have the httpd service run upon boot up, also the shell script used as user-data also requires further tweak since all the instance(s) launched from autoscaling will get marked as failed health check thus the load testing won't work as expected.
