Great lab but it wasn't all working. I was able to create the Auto Scaling Policies but never see them or able to select them in the CloudWatch.

In step 17 when connecting with Putty using the PPK file, I was asked for a login ID. No login ID is given in this tutorial. So I could not continue and missed out on the majority of the lab.
