I cannot execute as-create-launch-config with error: as-create-launch-config: Malformed input-No Credentials were provided - cannot access the service. 3rd Try in English version. I notice that there is no note about "aws configure" for japanese version. So, I cannot execute as-create-launch-config, I think.

Cannot be achieved as it is like the IAM was not setup. Could not connect to the endpoint URL: "https://autoscaling.us-west-2b.amazonaws.com/"
