I could not get step 27 working as it kept on saying that it could not connect to Could not connect to the endpoint URL: "https://autoscaling.us-west-2b.amazonaws.com/"

コマンドが古い（as-create-launch-config　→　aws autoscaling craete-launch-config）という事と、認証が通っていないためACCESS_KEY/SECRET_KEYを置かないといけないが、IAMの権限がないためできなくなっている。
