Had real problems with labs this time. I had to hurry do most of the labs in about half hour as the the lab timer was running even though OpsWorks application throwing errors - I emailed your support team with all details.

The credentials in the lab don't work. In fact they don't seem to be working in any of the labs for the last hour or two. I would be pretty angry if I had to pay for this really poor lab environment.
