Better to get this lab going would be to send some instructions to the users prior that they would require specific link, passwords, a link to join the meeting would have been more helpful. Unfortunately this kind of session, it is better to have it with a smaller group of people because only the question from a specific group of people were answered so the others just stopped bothering to ask or simply gave up on the lab. -
