Great quick tutorial about Redshift. One minor note - step 62 wasn't in command reference to copy/paste from but easy enough to type it..

The connection was never successful. I could not even connect to the cluster. I tried a lot of things, including verifying the connection parameters and the security settings and trying out multiple sql clients

Unable to connect to Redshift using the sql client. There was no instructions for doing debugging of why the connection failed. The only thing that I could search in internet is related to SSL connection.

It kept on complaining about unable to connect to DB service though the Cluster was up. I can see other use had this issue. Could be a random AWS Redshift backend issue. Please get it fixed asap for better user experience. Cheers
