The DB connection to Redshift cluster was not working even after creating the inbound traffic rules.

The lab was good introduction to RedShift. On the Load tab I didn't see how many rows I had imported and from what files I had imported them from. So this could be an API or UI issue or maybe latency on reproting? The load query was executed 20 minutes ago, so was wondering how long is the latency.
