Second lab today that has cost me 10 credits and proven to be broken. I'm starting to wonder why I spent $400 on qwikLabs credits. Do you guys bother to test these labs or are you just hoovering up other people's cash?

If you get an error when loading the data, check that your Hash & Range Key names have the proper capitalization. They are case-sensitive!

The twitter API part simply doesn't work. OAuth returns 401 HTTP Code.

It is a very interesting lab but I cannot connect to the instance... ssh -i qwikLABS-L****.pem ec2-**-***-12-***.us-west-2.compute.amazonaws.com Permission denied (publickey). The security group is Ok also Is it possible to printout the lab file to be able to prepare the lab instead of loosing time in troubleshooting? Is it possible to redo the lab without loosing the allocated credits? Is it possible to have a chat support to be able to troubleshoot asap, if possible?
