It would be good to include additional instructions to validate S3 access restriction

Terrible. Broken. Unable to login to the application, stuck in redirect loop. I changed the CloudFront Default Cache Behavior to "Forward All Headers" which solved this issue. Not sure what effect this may have on performance (ie. does it pretty much bypass CloudFront entirely voiding the purpose of using CloudFront??) Custom Error pages do not work. I've tried everything, including following AWS doco. No matter what I do, I get XML pages returned that say things like "TemporaryRedirect". Terrible Lab. I have very little understanding of CloudFront now, and even though the phpBB app is working, I have no idea if CloudFront is actually improving anything for me after making the various changes.
