Working with Amazon CloudFront for Dynamic Content Acceleration Reviews

Content is good, but cloudfront takes so long to get going and issues did happen. Troubleshooting is not clear path, many options. One step specify accept defaults, but you had to chose an option, not sure if elected the right one, or why.

CloudFront distro never got to deployes. Waited 45 minutes. Never took that long in the past.
