Working with Amazon CloudFront for Dynamic Content Acceleration Reviews

Couple bugs in this and my S3 didn't get the error file, you need to watch that your CloudFront is updated if you make changes before thinking they'll be there (they aren't instant) - can cause some confusion when trying to troubleshoot why I had the other issues.
