"Task 1. Start a JupyterLab Notebook instance" is the most difficult part. When I chose the default region (us-west1 orgeon), the system failed 4 times saying not enough resources for this notebook. I had to try several regions and finally us-central1-b worked. It will be great if you can provide more hints like "try other region and zone" if the error message suggests the location is out of resources.
