Where is the big query data ? Its not stored by default in the project and there no steps to create the table as well. the notebook failed to run in the first cell itself. This lab is not helpful at all

Lab has many issues. 1. the lab workbench would not open in jupyter error 524, had to start over 2. second attempt opens in jupyter but lab "check progress" because lab wanted workbench created in us-central-f whcih doesnt exist , had to start over 3. third attempt jupyter wont run BQ magic function "ValueError: Please install the 'db-dtypes' package to use this function."
