The first question "What are some potential issues if you stored all your data in one giant table?" only says that the "The table row size could be too large for traditional reporting databases". However "Any changes to a value (like customer email) could impact many other rows (like all their orders)" is also ABSOLUTELY true for denormalization. Possibly the last choice as well (Data at differing levels of granularity could lead to reporting issues because less granular fields would be repeated.) so the answer should be probably "All of the above, but definitely not only the one marked as correct. That is also an issue but there are other listed issues.
