Task 2's question has an ambiguous answer. "What are some potential issues if you stored all your data in one giant table?", both option 1 and option 2 seem to be potential issues.

Question regarding "potential issues" on a single large reporting table is confusing, depending on the definition of what an issue is, "updating many rows" could also be consider an issue.
