Good but lots of content, would like more time to explore the queries and understand unnesting and cross joins. Also its not clear that UNNEST is optional. This is confusing as you present what appears to be two ways of doing the same thing (UNNEST and CROSS JOIN) without explaining that UNNEST an optional key work as CROSS JOINs automatically unnest.
