It was a good lab, but I encountered errors. After the last few changes to RDS to enable Multi AZ, the EC2 Drupal instance was unable to ping it and the website never recovered, this even after rebooting the EC2 instance and double-checking all IPs and routes.

Good. If you never imported data from Mysql on EC2 to RDS, then follow this lab.
