mysql command failed. the mysql db is on the EC2 instance, not on the RDS instance but instructions use --host RDS instance. I added a security group with TCP ALL inbound to EC2 instance but RDS instance still could not connect.

Some instructions are unclear for new users. Maybe you could add images/icons in the instructions instead of describing.
