Took about 15 minutes to make the RDS larger and multi-az... this was painful for an impatient person...lol

This is an excellent lab however it has a huge mistake right at the end - the students switch PHP over to point to the RDS DB but never actually restart the process to activate the change. The students should do that, and should stop the local MySQL daemon to prove that it has taken effect.
