Great intro to RDS. An issue I see here is that the db never stopped from being in a "modifying" state so i never got to see the end product. I suppose I will take your word for it.

This was awful. Screens did not match instructions; groups that were supposed to be created weren't, and as a result, commands that were supposed to execute didn't. Just plain awful - a giant waste of time.
