Got following error inspite the Db exists .. weired :) mysql --user=root --password=admin123 --database=drupaldb --host=drupallab.c3bdcy5r9mc1.us-east-1.rds.amazonaws.com < backup.sql ERROR 1049 (42000): Unknown database 'drupaldb'

Great lab. However, RDS Console has new format for creation wizard. Instructions did not advise but there is a link provided that will restore classic view. Thanks.
