Web site would not come up. All instance types are out of date. No rights to change CF template or start/stop servers. Tried lab again with better results, but there are still issues

This lab was going ok until this command: mysql -u root -padmin123 --database=drupaldb --host=drupallab.colntol1rljy.us-west-2.rds.amazonaws.com < backup/backup.sql It never succeeded, always returning this error: ERROR 2003 (HY000): Can't connect to MySQL server on 'drupallab.colntol1rljy.us- west-2.rds.amazonaws.com' (111) So the rest of the steps in the lab also failed, I was unable to access the drupal website and modify things. :(
