It wasn't bad, though an explanation of why I had to get a mobile device for the final step (rather than the instructions being written such that I could have opened it on my PC) would have been nice.

It works and could be useful, but it's not clear how this is any better than withOUT using Elastic Transcoder Service. A before/after section would go a long way towards selling the advantages of using ETS.
