These lab manuals are not written with the same care, thoughtfulness, nor quality that I've come to expect from the "real" AWS documentation. If I were the person at Qwiklabs charged with the responsibility for developing quality lab manuals, I'd be embarrassed. If I were paying for these labs with actual credits, I'd be pretty disgusted. I'm also wondering if I'll be getting a good value for the existing $100 in credits that I did purchase (but haven't used yet).

Getting an error Elastic Transcoder step: he default role has been changed. Confirm that the role still has the required permissions.

it took forever for the input video to become available in the S3 bucket and then there were no car chases or explosions!
