When I was entering my password for root user to connect to cloudsql in cloud shell it kept throwing an error and I wasnt getting in. Extremely frustrating.

Cloud SQL Instance creation interupted with Region as the default was force selected as "us-central1(iowa)" but the instruction six says "us-westc".
