Introduction to SQL for BigQuery and Cloud SQL Reviews

Task 5 cannot be completed because the lab environment is inconsistent. The instructions require selecting Primary Zone = us-west8-c. The Cloud SQL UI only offers Region = us-central1 (Iowa). Creating the instance fails because the project's organization policy blocks us-central1. Creating an instance via gcloud with --region=us-west8 also fails because us-west8 is not a valid Cloud SQL region. As a result, there is no valid configuration that allows completion of Task 5, nor task 6 and continuation. So impossible to finish it nor claim for a refund.
