I'm completing the lab "Introduction to SQL for BigQuery and Cloud SQL." In Task 5, creating the MySQL instance fails with an Organization Policy error: `constraints/gcp.resourceLocations` blocks the `us-east1` region. The Region dropdown has no available alternatives, and the instructions refer to `us-west8-a`, which is unavailable. Please advise how to proceed without losing my lab progress.
