This lab needs to be updated to provide the correct permissions to create the cloud sql instance. The instructions are outdated and the only region option is central. The instructions indicate west and permissions are locked to that. Therefore the lab can not be completed.

When I was entering my password for root user to connect to cloudsql in cloud shell it kept throwing an error and I wasnt getting in. Extremely frustrating.
