The lab requires creating a Cloud SQL instance in us-west8-c. However, us-west8 is not a valid Cloud SQL region. The project organization policy only allows us-west8, us-west8-a, us-west8-b, and us-west8-c, while valid regions such as us-central1 are blocked by constraints/gcp.resourceLocations. Creating the instance in us-west8 returns: Invalid value for region: us-west8. Creating it in us-central1 returns an organization policy violation. Therefore, Task 5 cannot be completed with the provided project.

Too little time, I've already tried 2 times and failed both times. You also need to understand where all these panels of yours are located in order to simply do what you need to do. I'm very confused and I think it's wrong to give beginners so little time at the basic level. Or is it intended for people to spend tokens?
