簡介：在 BigQuery 和 Cloud SQL 中使用 SQL Reviews

This is my 2nd time attempting to do this lab. I could not connect to cloud shell the first time. It displayed an error 404. The 2nd time I tried I somehow managed to complete through all the steps but the progress is not being updated and it still shows I haven't created a database. Even when I tried and managed creating it through multiple ways (cloud shell and SQL studio).
